THRIZZZY is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This page explains how we handle information when you contact us or book the AI Workflow Audit + Quick Wins pilot.
What we collect
When you use the booking form or email hello@thrizzzy.com, we receive the details you send: usually your name, email, business name, and a description of the workflow you want reviewed.
How we use it
We use that information to reply, schedule the audit, and do the work you asked for. We do not sell contact lists. We do not use your workflow notes to train public models.
What we do not need
You do not need to send passwords, customer databases, or confidential files to start. If a later step requires more context, we will ask, and you decide what to share.
Human approval
Recommended changes stay recommendations until you approve them. The pilot is designed so you keep control of tools, data and how work actually runs.
Retention
We keep enquiry and project notes only as long as needed to complete the work and any follow-up you request, unless a longer period is required by law.
